I Didn't Receive My Certificate

If you've completed a course but haven't received your certificate, here's what to check:

Step 1: Verify completion Make sure you've finished ALL course sections, including the final mock exam. Your completion percentage should show 100%.

Step 2: Check your email Certificates are sent to your registered email address. Check your spam/junk folder.

Step 3: Wait 24 hours Certificates are typically sent shortly after completion, but it can take up to 24 hours in some cases.

Still no certificate? Contact us at contact@rpascentre.com with:

• Your full name
• Your registered email address
• Which course you completed
• Approximate date you finished

We'll reissue your certificate promptly.
