# I Didn't Receive My Certificate

If you've completed a course but haven't received your certificate, here's what to check:
**Step 1: Verify completion** Make sure you've finished ALL course sections, including the final mock exam. Your completion percentage should show 100%.
**Step 2: Check your email** Certificates are sent to your registered email address. Check your spam/junk folder.
**Step 3: Access it online** You can view and print your course completion certificate by logging into [rpaswilco.com](https://rpaswilco.com) and clicking on **Achievements**.
**Step 4: Wait 24 hours** Certificates are typically sent shortly after completion, but it can take up to 24 hours in some cases.
**Still no certificate?** Contact us at [contact@rpascentre.com](mailto:contact@rpascentre.com) with:
* Your full name
* Your registered email address
* Which course you completed
* Approximate date you finished
We'll reissue your certificate promptly.
