The L1C pathway prepares you for Beyond Visual Line of Sight (BVLOS) operations.

Step 1: Enroll in the Level 1 Complex Ground School ($99) 20-hour online course at academy.rpascentre.com/course/l1c-exam-prep

Step 3: Earn your RPAS Centre L1C Certificate

Step 4: Take the Transport Canada Level 1 Complex Exam Through the Drone Management Portal.

Step 5: Book and pass a Level 1 Complex Operations Flight Review Find a reviewer at rpaswilco.com/#/flight-review/map

Step 6: Apply for your L1C Operations Certificate through Transport Canada

What does L1C unlock? Everything Advanced allows, plus:

• Lower Risk BVLOS (over unpopulated/sparsely populated areas, uncontrolled airspace, 400ft AGL or below, 5NM+ from aerodromes)
