My Course Progress Isn't Saving
If your course progress doesn't seem to be saving correctly, try these steps:
Step 1: Complete each lesson fully Make sure you watch the entire video and complete any quiz before moving to the next section. Partially watched videos may not register as complete.
Step 2: Check your internet connection A poor connection can prevent progress from syncing. Try on a stable Wi-Fi network.
Step 3: Clear your browser cache Clear your cache and cookies, then log back in.
Step 4: Try a different browser Some browsers handle the learning platform better than others. Try Chrome if you're using another browser.
Step 5: Note your access period All free courses have 90 days of access from enrollment. Check that your access hasn't expired.
